Below is MB's successful, Phase 1 Nutrition Plan.
It is based upon the Standard Elimination Diet which eliminates all common allergens and inflammatories: dairy, gluten, soy, sugar, etc and then reintroduces them after a minimum of 30 days.

Hydrate: ½ body’s weight in ounces + MB Nutrients by 5 PM
Eat organic, nutrient-dense, low net carb YES! Foods only.
2-2-2: 2 cups veggies, 2 tbsp fats, 2 ounces protein (per meal)
