Mindfulness Meditation*
Coherent Breathing/2 Bells breathing*
It doesn't get any easier than2 Bells breathing.
Two Tibetan bells alternating every six seconds signal changes in inhalation and exhalation. Inhale through your nose on the high bell, exhale through your nose on the low bell.
Box Breathing*
Inhale through your nose for four counts.
Hold for four counts.
Exhale four counts.
Hold four counts.
Do at least four rounds
The next three require training and or privacy to practice.
TM - Transcendental Meditation
My father took me to get my mantra when I was 7 years old and living in Houston, Texas.
I got back to it as an undergrad in Boston and came back a 3rd time 20 years later
via The David Lynch Foundation here in new York.
