SAMPLE OPTIMAL MIND BODY PROGRAM  DAY ON 16 HOUR INTERMITTENT FAST 
Assuming you had dinner at 7PM

UPON RISING AND UNTIL 11AM: ONLY LIQUIDS-No green juice, no shake and supplements with no calories.  Water, herbals tea,  juice of 1/2 Lemon and 8 ounces tea temp water
BY 10:30 AM: Get in 25 minutes of  HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) 
11AM:  Protein Shake or other healthy breakfast
11:30AM:  6-8 ounces water  or herbal tea
12-12:30PM:  Green Juice (this counts towards your liquids total)
1:00PM  Healthy Lunch such as: Big, raw salad with olive oil and lemon or 4 ounces lean protein or dairy free soup
1:30PM:   6-8 ounces water  or herbal tea
2PM:   6 ounces water or herbal tea
3PM:   Healthy Snack such as sprouted nuts
4PM:  6 ounces Water
5PM:  Green Juice
5:30PM: Two Bells or other Meditation
7PM: Healthy Dinner such as 4 ounces of lean protein and a big plate of cooked veggies. 2TBS of healthy oil

SMOOTH MOVE TEA IF YOU ARE NOT ELIMINATING REGULARLY WHICH IS 1-2X A DAY MINIMUM
