Quick Energy Soup
In blender place following raw ingredients:
Blend for 15 seconds, then add:
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 small handful of dulse blend for about 15 seconds, then add
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 stalk of celery
- 1/4 tsp basil leaves
- 3 tbsp liquid protein dash cayenne
Blend for 15 seconds, then add:
- 1 medium avocado
- small handful lettuce or greens
- small handful sunflower sprouts
- blend for 15 seconds and serve
