OMB Maple Porridge

*To hydrate seeds, fill a 16 oz glass with filtered water. Stir in 2.5 tablespoons of chia seeds and leave overnight.
- 16 ounces of hydrated*, organic, chia seeds**
- 2 tablespoons Brain Octane** or MCT Oil
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed or goat's milk ghee**
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides**
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Frontier Maple Flavoring**
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon (or more) of pure vanilla**
- 3 grinds of himalayan sea salt**
- 1 teaspoon to tablespoon Xylitol** and/or Vanilla or other flavored stevia** to taste
- Pure coconut cream**
How to:
- Melt butter in small saucepan on low
- Stir in Brain Octane or other MCT oil, collagen peptides and spices/sweetener
- Stir in hydrated chia seeds and heat
- Blend in vitamix for 10 seconds (optional - this makes it creamier)
- Add 1 teaspoon coconut cream (optional)
- Enjoy!
