Lemons, Cayenne, Maple Syrup (can add ginger for extra cleansing)
For all the juices, put the harder ingredients in the blender first, ice cubes, apple, lemon, etc. Blend on high speed to desired consistency (about 1-1.5 minutes depending upon the blender you are using.)
- 2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) of fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice or 1/2 of a peeled lemon (if you really like lemon)
- 2 Tablespoons (1 fluid ounce) of grade B organic maple syrup (you can use Agave instead but use significantly less-sweeten to taste)
- 1/10 th teaspoon of cayenne (hot red) pepper
- 8 ounces of spring or purified water
- 2 sprigs of parsley
- ¼-1/2 cup ice cubes
