Day 1: 800-1100 calories; Days 2-5:  500-800 calories
Low net carb distribution of macros: 85% fat, 10% protein, and 5% carbs

​Hydrate Well: 50 ounces by NOON and ½ body’s weight by 5 PM​

 Ingredients
50 ounces filtered water 
  DFH Paleo Greens - 1 tablespoon
DFH KTO Electrolytes - 1 teaspoon 
  DFH MagCitrate Powder -  2 teaspoons
DFH KTO-C8 100 MCT Oil - 1 tablespoon
                                                                                                                  
Instructions
Add water then powders to a 50 oz glass pitcher. 
Blend using a hand immersion blender. 
Consume 25 ounces immediately/within one hour of waking.
Pour the remaining 25 ounces in a glass jar and consume no later than Noon.

Ingredients
Organic coffee, green, or black tea 12 ounces  
DFH KTO-C8 100 / MCT Oil,  1 tablespoon
Goat Ghee, 1 tablespoon

​ Instructions
Pour coffee/tea into your  Thermos
Add MCT Oil and Ghee 
Blend with an immersion blender for 10 seconds. 
Sip slowly and mindfully.
