MB Core
MB Core is comprehensive fat burning and strengthening class which combines the movement of dance, the core conditioning principles of Pilates and some of Magen's favorite barre class exercises to create lean, long muscles resulting in a strong and youthful body.
Set to fun music, this class uses, interval training, light weights and your own body weight as resistance and a combination of standing and floor work to tone and define muscles, lift the butt, and create a powerful core. You’ll leave the class feeling energized and balanced. And you'll learn key core sequences you can take back home with you to keep you fit year round!
