MB CORE for Technogym - MBCT
*MBCT is a comprehensive, fat burning and strengthening class specifically designed around Technogym’s state of the art equipment. Using Technogym's Kinesis equipment, spin bikes, and physio balls to burn fat, increase endurance, balance, strength and flexibility resulting in a strong and youthful body. Set to motivating music, Magen uses high intensity interval training and a challenging combination of exercises to tone and define muscles, lift the butt and create a powerful core. You’ll leave the class feeling energized and balanced. On Tuesdays a full hour of MB Yin follows the MB Core class. Monday nights Magen will incorporate some of her fave hip and back stretches into the MB Core Class!

Classes are $30 each or $45 for both (MB Yin follows MB Core on the same evening-see info below.) As space is very limited you must pre register and pre pay for classes.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: For MB Core wear workout clothes and shoes (you will be on spin bikes) and bring a dry, long sleeved shirt and pants (your body cools in Yin) to change into for Yin Yoga. Mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your favorite yoga mat and blanket for MB Yin Yoga.
