MB Blended Greens
This is a very simple, cleansing, easy to drink, easy to digest smoothie and especially good for beginners who are not used to the darker, more bitter greens.

Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in the blender, denser items like the lemon, cucumber and ginger first. Blend on high for approx. 45 seconds or to desired consistency.

- 1 cup of Sunflower or Pea Sprouts
- 1/4 cup of Cilantro, parsley, or Dandelion Greens
- 1/4 of one lemon peeled and de-seeded
- 1/2 of one avocado (preferably frozen)
- 1/4 cup cucumber: peeled, de-seeded, and chopped
- 1 celery stick
- 1/2 inch piece of peeled ginger
- 12 ounces filtered water - Amount of water will vary depending upon your personal taste and consistency preferences)
- 2 tablespoons Designs for Health MCT Oil
- 1 Scoop of Designs for Health Whole Body Collagen Peptides*
- 1/2 cup ice - Ice not necessary if using one or more frozen ingredients
