Your night will begin with a challenging and fun “MB CORE for Technogym” (MBCT) workout.* Following your core class Magen will teach her MB Yin Yoga-the class that won her one of NYC's "Most Popular Yoga Instructors.

6:30pm-7:25pm MBCT*
7:30pm-8:30pm MB Yin Yoga and
Wellness Talk- “Five Fave Ways to Get Swimsuit Ready”
Both classes are appropriate for most ages and fitness levels

“MB CORE for Technogym” - MBCT
*MBCT is a comprehensive, fat burning and strengthening class specifically designed around Technogym’s state of the art equipment. Using Technogym's Kinesis equipment, spin bikes, and physio balls to burn fat, increase endurance, balance, strength and flexibility resulting in a strong and youthful body. Set to motivating music, Magen uses high intensity interval training and a challenging combination of exercises to tone and define muscles, lift the butt and create a powerful core. You’ll leave the class feeling energized and balanced.
MB YIN YOGA
*MBCT is a comprehensive, fat burning and strengthening class specifically designed around Technogym’s state of the art equipment. Using Technogym's Kinesis equipment, spin bikes, and physio balls to burn fat, increase endurance, balance, strength and flexibility resulting in a strong and youthful body. MB YIN YOGA
Each week in Yin Yoga Magen will focus on a set of hip, leg, back and shoulder stretches designed to get and keep your body summer sport ready. THIS is the class for those inflexible, golfers, tennis players and runners, as well as the average New Yorker. During class you can sip on complimentary organic juices or healthy, herbal Plain-T's while Magen introduces you to her latest fave ways to:
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING FOR CLASSES - For Core please wear workout clothes and shoes. Bring a long sleeve t-shirt and pants for Yin Yoga.
