IF YOU WANT TO DO A JUICE CLEANSE:
Juice cleansing is a favorite way to achieve optimal mind and body, undo the damage of the summer sins, have more energy, get back that glow and drop the 3-5 pounds or more. I don't do too many straight juice cleanses these days but I definitely see the value in a 3-21 day liquid or raw food protocol. If your goal is to re-set your palate/lose your taste for starchy food, dairy and sugar, rest your digestive system and/or heal your gut try my OMB Cleanse. It's a more moderate and doable take on the straight juice cleanse and should do the trick. 6:30 AM/UPON RISING: Room temp or warm water and juice of half a lemon
7:00 AM: 8-12 ounces MB LEM* or other fave low, sugar lemon based juice
8:30 AM: 8-12 ounces MB LEM
By 11:00 AM or 16 hours after your dinner from night before- MB PROTEIN SHAKE* or other vegan protein with water, Hemp milk
10:30 AM/2 hours later: 8-12 ounces MB GREEN, MB BLENDED MB GREENS* or other green juice or juice recipe
12:30 PM: 8-12 ounces of any low sugar green juice or blended greens
BY 1:30 PM: Any pureed veggie soup. Should not contain any of the “Avoids” from the Mind Body RE BOOT food plan
4:00 PM : 8-12 ounces of any green juice or blended greens
6:30 PM : Protein Shake, MB Raw Chopped* or any raw salad dressed with olive oil, sea salt and lemon
7:00 PM till bed: Caffeine-free Herbal Teas
