Ingredients:
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 small stalk lemon grass, minced
- 1/2 tsp wheat-free tamari
- 4 (4-oz) filets salmon
Directions:
- In a small bowl, stir ginger, onions, coconut oil and lemongrass together with tamari. Brush over salmon filets.
- Grill about 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily when pierced with a fork
