- Green Chard Soup
Ingredients:
- 2 bunches green chard
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/4 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp liquid protein
- 32 oz low sodium vegetable broth
- Cook all ingredients on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve as is or use vitamix, food processor or blender to puree.
