OMBS NUTRITION PHASE 1

OMBS Daily Nutrition
Phase 1 / First 30 / Elimination Protocol  


Eliminate: NO’s a minimum of 30 consecutive days (preferably 90 total) days 
Hydrate: ½ body’s weight in ounces + OMB Nutrients by 5 PM 

Eat organic, nutrient-dense, low net carb YES! Foods only.
2-2-2:  2 cups veggies, 2 tbsp fats, 2 ounces protein (per meal)    
Integrate OMB Nutritional Supplement Support  
Practice Food Combining Rules:  No proteins with starches. No fruit with anything.

Practice carb cycling: Max 50 net carbs six days per week and up to 150 net carbs one day per week.
