Eliminate: NO’s a minimum of 30 consecutive days 
Eat YES! Foods: Veggies - 2 c,  Protein - 2 ounce  Fats - 2 tablespoon per meal 
Fast: Practice Intermittent Fasting: 12-18 hours per night
and the OMB Fasting Mimicking Diet 1 day per week, and 5 days per month
Hydrate: At least ½ body’s weight in ounces + minerals/electrolytes  by 5 PM
