This summer, celebrity health coach and fitness instructor Magen Banwart teams up with The Hamptons Paddle Diva founder Gina Bradley** to bring you the best full body, fat burning, fun workout on the water.
Class begins with Bradley guiding you through a first rate standup paddleboard lesson focusing on form and paddle stroke for maximum speed on the water. Next, Banwart leads you through a comprehensive fat burning and strengthening program that combines high intensity intervals of paddle drills, her fave standing arm and ab work & barre class exercises (leg lifts, plies and planks). This class uses your body weight as resistance and a combination of standing and seated board work to tone and define muscles, lift the butt, and create a powerful core. The class ends off the board with a chill sequence of MB Yin Yoga stretches and organic green juice. You’ll leave feeling energized and balanced with a stronger and more youthful body. Plus, you'll have some great new skills and exercises to use when you feel like getting back on the board, havin’ a killer workout, or both.

** Gina Bradley
Since 1989, Gina Bradley has been teaching fitness and has 25 years of experience instructing water-sports including: SCUBA diving, sailing, windsurfing, and Stand up Paddling. She joins forces with Banwart to share her passion for the sport along with her infectious energy in this class.
MBCT is a comprehensive, fat burning and strengthening class specifically designed around Technogym’s state of the art equipment. Using Technogym's Kinesis equipment, cardio equipment, free weights and physio balls to burn fat, increase endurance, balance, strength and flexibility resulting in a strong and youthful body. Set to motivating music, Magen uses high intensity interval training and a challenging combination of exercises to tone and define muscles, lift the butt and create a powerful core. Magen will include a series of long-held stretches in all of her classes as well as some Yin Yoga You’ll leave the class feeling energized and balanced.

Magen is available for one on one and private group instruction for all of the classes she offers on schedule. She's also available to custom design a class for you and your group's needs.
