11:00AM– 5:00PM Free Time: Get a spa treatment, relax by the pool or in a hammock or take an excursion. On the Mayatulum retreats you will have the option to do Standup Paddleboarding at this time!

Each day includes a perfectly balanced combination of classes-stretching and strengthening-that are designed for participants by men and women of all fitness levels, from teens to seniors. Anyone, at any level of fitness is welcome and will do well on this retreat. Magen has years of experience adjusting the intensity of her classes for the total newbie to the most advanced fitness fanatic.

MB Core**
This class is the Yang to compliment your Yin classes.
A comprehensive fat burning and strengthening program it combines the movement of dance, the core conditioning principles of Pilates and some of my fave barre class exercises with the goal of creating lean, long muscles resulting in a strong and youthful body.
Set to fun music, this class uses light weights, your own body weight as resistance and a combination of standing and floor work to tone and define muscles, lift the butt, and create a powerful core. You’ll leave the class
feeling energized and balanced.
***Ken will be leading Tuesday and Thursday evening practices.
