Please note, We will be meeting on Wednesday 5/23 & 5/30 as well for rain make up classes. There will be no class on Tuesday 6/5. Please check in here on the days you are planning to attend class for updates.
Like my other BOOT CAMPS, this class is a "best of" all my fave fitness methods. We use the park benches in place of ballet bars for balance, seat and thigh work followed by fat burning and cardio drills and then take it to the mat to finish our core conditioning and Yin stretching.
FAQ's
Cost: All the MB Fitness classes are included for my Mind & Body RE BOOT participants. For all other clients the Saturday class is $40.00 and the Tuesday class is $30. Cash or check only please.
Where do we meet?: We meet at the Southeast corner of Sheep's Meadow on the benches south of the volleyball courts. It is ok if you are running late. We are in the same spot for the first 20-25 minutes of class.
What should I bring?: Wear layers, bring a water bottle and a mat. You can also bring a bag or purse.
What will you do in the event or expectation of rain?: Please check into this web page one hour prior to class time. If we are rescheduling because of the weather it will be noted here.
What if I have not worked out in awhile or have an injury?: All fitness levels are welcome and I have a variety of variations or modifications available for each exercise for those who need it.
