- Unique, comprehensive entry and exit reviews of your physical and emotional health history and goals.

FAQs
What is the RE BOOT food protocol?
The RE BOOT food plan is, easy-to-follow, anti-inflammatory, high alkaline, designed to help reduce body fat, ramp up your digestion, eliminate bloat, increase energy, improve skin quality and provide all the nutrients you need for your full life.
It includes but is not limited to: yummy, rice protein smoothies for breakfast, nutrient-packed green smoothies and juices, almonds, walnuts, fruit, brown rice cakes, sushi rolls, soups, salads and lean proteins - such as fish, turkey and chicken for lunch and dinner. You will be high energy, feel satisfied and light on this program. Over 90% of participants choose to continue with this protocol as a way of life.
Are all ages and fitness levels welcome?
Yes! The Best Body RE BOOT program is appropriate for all fitness levels and ages.
What kind of commitment is required?
The program is designed with the assumption that participants are making their total wellness their top priority for the duration of the program. At a minimum, this means making the weekly meetings, exercising 3-6 days per week and committing to the food protocol. The juice cleanse is recommended but is optional.
What if I can't attend all the group meetings and workshops?
We recommend that you attend as many meetings as possible. If you cannot attend a meeting there will be some notes provided and we will get you caught up to speed.
Do I have to give up alcohol and coffee for this program?
It is strongly encouraged, but optional. For maximum results in any wellness program it is best not to have either. Elimination will, among other benefits, give you the best quality sleep and potential to lose the maximum amount of body fat.
