OMB Creamsicle Shake
Optional 2-4 ounces of Califia Farms Coconut & Almond Milk or hemp milk or coconut milk. The nut milks are to enhance the flavor of your shake. Try without them first and then if you do not enjoy, tweak your water to nut milk ratio as desired using no more than 4 ounces of nut milk.
- 2 Scoops Designs for Health Pasture Raised Collagen Peptides
- 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
- 12 ounces filtered water (add more or less for your desired consistency). Remember, your water ounces in your shake count towards your daily total liquids, so the more water you add, the better!
- Optional 2 ounces zero carb coconut cream.
- 4-6 ice cubes (more if you like your shake thicker)
- 1-2 drops Liquid Stevia (optional)
- Blend in your Vitamix or other blender 30 seconds or to desired consistency

- 1 cup Dandy Blend for mocha flavored shake
- 5 or more dashes organic cinnamon
- 1-2 drops Stevia or Chocolate Stevia

- 1 teaspoon organic vanilla
- 1 handful of fave organic greens: spinach, parsley...

- 2 cups of filtered water
- ½ cup of unsweetened almond, hemp or coconut milk
- 5 ice cubes (add more or less for desired consistency)
- ¼ cup Organic Pumpkin Puree (see recipe HERE)
- ½ cup raw or sprouted almonds (soaked for one hour if raw, drained)
- 1 teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice store-bought or use recipe below*
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a Vitamix or blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Serve in tall glasses with a straw or a spoon.

- 1 tablespoon Natural Vitality CALM Magnesium & 1 tablespoon Glutamine

- 1 tablespoon of Bullet Proof Brain Octane, MCT Oil or Flax Seed Oil
- 4-6 ice cubes
