What is the 57 Days to Your Best Body, Best Self program?:
57 Days to your Best Body, Best Self is a group* fitness boot camp created and led by Magen. The program is designed to guide you through an 8 week intensive wellness, exercise and eating program that Magen has successfully implemented with private clients for many years.
Magen gives participants a proven, anti-inflammatory, detoxifying eating and juicing plan which eliminates food allergens and sensitivities from your diet to clean and repair your digestive system, eliminate food cravings, bloating and of course, reduce body fat.
There are varying levels of intensity with regards to the food protocol that participants can choose from-moderate to the strictest program which includes optional 2-5 day juice cleanses.
MB's Best Body Program it is not just for weight loss. Wellness refers to the healthy balance of the mind-body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. In other words, it is for anyone who wants to feel better from the inside out! This program is about a lifestyle shift from unhealthy eating, non existent or inefficient workouts and unproductive thinking to living the life you were intended by having a strong, lean body, glowing and healthy skin and hair and a peaceful mind.
Best Body, Best Self includes access to, and guidance with, Magen's diet, nutrition and other fitness and mind-body secrets as well as the support of weekly meetings with her and other fitness and nutrition experts. In the meetings you will learn important tools that will keep you motivated and focused on success long after the program ends.
What your 57 Days to Your Best Body* program will include:
- Two 30-minute one on one fitness evaluations with Magen (at the beginning and end of your program) which include: measurements, weigh in, strength tests.
- Unlimited Physique 57®, Mat 57™, Physique Yin™ and Physique Yoga classes for 57 days. (This is only included in the 57 Days Group Program.)
- Reservation priority for the classes you choose to attend at Physique 57.
- Weekly group meetings where Magen will walk you through your food program and exercise guidelines, address your questions, offer new healthy living tips and trouble shoot any concerns that arise during the week. She will also address a variety of different health and fitness topics such as:
- How to maximize your results in Physique 57®'s classes, your other workouts and how to create and maintain an exercise program for travel or for when you cannot get into the studio or gym.
- General mind-body health advice: optimizing sleep, reducing stress, managing your wellness routine. Magen will teach participants easy and effective breathing, visualization and other relaxation and stress reducing techniques.
- Miscellaneous beauty and health tips: for example, dry brushing for detoxification and skin purification and Neti pot for cleaning nasal and sinus passages-another form of detoxification.
- The final meeting will take place at the end of the 57 days, which will include instructions and advice on how to continue with your new healthy lifestyle and fitness routine.
