Ready for your strongest, most flexible body? Barre/HIIT Fitness
Set to fun music, Magen's Barre/HIIT class is 50 minutes of full body fitness combining her old school faves: squats, lunges, planks and pushups with my Exhale Core Fusion and Physique 57 fave thigh, seat, upper body and core barre bests. There will be 7 HIITs throughout the class so you can get your fat burnin', cardio conditioning and strengthening. You'll leave the class feeling stronger, longer and energized mind and body!
The class is designed for men and women all ages (must be 13 years or older) and fitness levels (pls advise of any injuries prior to class) and because Magen is a seasoned pro at this group fitness thing, even the most out of shape and tight folks can find their way in my classes. But the most fit and flexible can find their edge as well.
